To set up Check Print back, first navigate to Client Maintenance-Delivery Package. Select the print back option from the Delivery Method drop down and remove the checkmark for Primary Package.
If there is no primary delivery package setup for the client, and no additional delivery package assigned to checks on the Scheduled Reports screen, the checks will be available for printing under Check Print Back.
The processing information on the Client Summary will indicate whether a Pay Group or Legal Company is a print back client.
Once a payroll is processed, the client can print their checks by navigating to Reporting-Check Print Back. Checks will be listed by Run Number, Run Date and Check Date.
To print the checks, simply select the Print icon. Make sure the printer is filled with check stock prior to hitting print.
If your client needs to reprint checks, you will need to send a Zen ticket to your supervisor to have the checks regenerated.
