We offer a service that allows for all live (cashable) checks to be drawn from a Balance Point bank account. This allows for easier bank reconciliation on your end! We will debit the entire amount of all live checks from your account when payroll processes so when your employees cash a check, it debits from our account. In the instance when one of those checks needs to be voided, we require the check to be sent back to us for security purposes.
To help speed up that process, we have enabled a setting within our software that would require you to contact your representative in order to process the void. The sooner we know that a check is being voided, the sooner we are able to begin the process of refunding your account. Should you receive the message “Please contact Customer Service to have this check voided”, please reach out to your rep for assistance.
