Name/Address: This screen is where you are able to view and or change your name and address.
Documents: From this screen, you may be able to view any documents stored in the system based on your file. Examples of documents that may be housed in iSolved are the I9 and W4. You may also be able to upload documents and save them to your file.
Pay History: This is where you will view all of your past pay stubs. You are also able to print the stub for your records. To view a pay stub from a previous year, click on the year below “Pay History”.
W2/ACA/1099 Forms: A screen where you are able to view your year end tax documents such as the W2, 1095-C or 1099 forms. You are able to print the form from here but it is not printed on the IRS approved paper. If you need an IRS approved from, please contact your employer.
Training: A screen where you can view all training completed, or add any training you have completed. These screens are available for most HR related categories.
Employee Contacts: This is where you can view, update and change employee contacts and their roles, such as emergency contact, beneficiary or dependent.
Direct Deposits: A screen where you can view your current direct deposit information, or add and change that information.
Tax Information: A screen where you can view, and update your current tax withholding and status.
Benefit Updates: A screen where you can update your Deferred Compensation deduction amount, HSA amounts or direct deposit, as well as Primary Care Physician. These options are only available if these items are set up as benefit plans, not straight deductions.
