This Report Writer Spotlight Video will cover the Column Position drop-down option. The Column Position drop down is used to sequence the columns. The drop-down selections are
determined by the number of fields selected. If 10 columns were selected, the drop-down contains the
selections of 1-10.
Some helpful tips:
- If the Column Position is left blank, or changed to blank, the ‘Hidden Column’ checkbox will be
selected and the Column Position drop-down is disabled. Unchecking the ‘Hidden Column’
checkbox will enable to Column Position drop-down. - If there is not enough space to display all columns on the report (PDF format), they will display in
sequence order.
