If you need to add a new Work location to your account, please make sure to follow the steps listed below.
If your account is already registered with the state for State Income Tax and Unemployment/SUI Tax that you are adding a new work location to, please do the following
- Email your CSR at email@example.com the new work location address you would like added to your account.
- Your representative will confirm they have received the information and will let you know once the new location is set up in the system. This process usually takes 1 business days.
If you adding a new work location and you are not currently registered in that state, please make sure to provide us with the following information.
- Make sure to register online with the designated state. Please make sure you register for both State Income Taxes and SUI if needed.
- Provide the address in the state the company is setting up.
- Provide documentation that confirms you have registered for each tax that is needed. Documentation needs to included the ID numbers issued by that state.
- Once we have received the above listed, your CSR will confirm that new State and work location if setup, this process usually takes 3 business days depending on any additional information required by individual states.
